I just love these sweet potato fries! They’re quick and easy to whip up and are a nice change from regular potatoes or rice.
If I’m feeding only the two of us, I just cut the potatoes up with a knife. For more servings, I use a mandoline to slice them. The one I used is something like this one. (click here)
