I remember my mother juicing carrots for herself back in the ’60’s. As a kid, I thought it was awful! Fortunately, I have since learned that by combining a variety of fruits and vegetables, we can make an awesome juice!
We grow our own beets, carrots, and apples; so I developed the recipe for this juice. Adding the lemon, celery, and ginger gives it a little extra punch of flavor and nutrition. Of course, you can vary the quantities and even the ingredients, but I look forward to a glass of this in the morning!
