I make deviled eggs with homemade mayonnaise to take with with us when we travel. On our last trip, I took bean salad, these deviled eggs, and potato salad for quick meals to eat on the road. It’s nice to have the food already prepared ahead of time. If we don’t eat wholesome, well rounded meals, we get tired and sluggish as we put in long hours on the road.
The smoked paprika gives these eggs a nice touch!
