  1. In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, arrowroot, salt, baking soda, ginger and cinnamon.
  2. In a smaller bowl, cream together butter, honey, and vanilla.
  3. Stir wet ingredients into dry and mix until it will form balls.
  4. Shape into 1 tablespoon balls. Drop into sugar and roll to coat.
  5. Place balls on parchment paper lined baking sheet and flatten slightly with the back of a spatula.
  6. Bake at 350° for 7-8 minutes.
