  1. Preheat oven to 275 F. In a large bowl, mix together oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, coconut, and coconut oil.
  2. Spread onto two rimmed baking sheets. Bake for 30 minutes. Stir carefully. Bake for another 30 minutes.
  3. Remove pans from oven. Return warm granola to the large metal mixing bowl. Stir in the honey, raisins, and dried fruit. Allow to cool while stirring occasionally.
