  1. Pulse cauliflower in food processor until finely chopped.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cauliflower, almond flour, nutritional yeast, salt, garlic powder, and psyllium husk.
  4. Stir in eggs until the dough holds together.
  5. Use hands to pack dough into 12 balls. Drop each ball from about 1 foot above onto prepared baking sheet. Flatten each bun a little with fingers and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  6. Bake for 20 or 30 minutes until the buns are beginning to brown around the edges.
  7. Serve warm.
